Delivery & Shipping
We deliver nationwide across the UK. If we can't self-deliver, we use trusted blanket-wrap couriers. Every item is handled with care — no packaging required. Smaller pieces are sent, tracked, via a professional packaging and dispatch company.
Deliveries to London and the South East usually take place weekly (usually Thursday), while other regions are covered within two to three weeks. Super remote or unusual locations may require additional costs, but we'll talk about that if its relevant. Local collection from BD13 is free, and we can arrange local delivery within 40 miles of BD13.

How long does delivery take?
Small Parcel (Post): 5–7 working days.
Medium Courier & Large Blanket-Wrap: 5–14 days depending on route.
XL Blanket-Wrap (two-person): 2–3 weeks.
Who handles my delivery?
We use trusted blanket-wrap couriers, if we can't deliver it ourselves. Items are transported under blankets, fully secured, and delivered inside your home. larger items may require assistance at your end, as drivers operate alone.
Can I collect in person?
Yes, of course! — Free Local Pickup is available from our Queensbury mill, though by appointment. We’ll help you load and secure your item.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — Local Delivery covers roughly 40 miles from BD13, handled personally on our weekly routes. Charge £40 flat.
What if I’m not home?
Our couriers will contact you to arrange your delivery. If no one is available, it would be great if we could leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. Just let us know where.
Can you deliver upstairs or assemble furniture?
If delivered by courier, its door-to-door. I can arrange delivery into a room of your choice though this may incur additonal fees. enqire for a quote. If we deliver it, we'll make sure you get it in and set it up for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the UK. We just havent found a reliable shipping network that we're happy to work with. if you have any ideas, we're happy to listen. Happy to work with your courier if you wish to arrange.
