Shipping Policy

All products listed on Our Jonny are owned and sold directly by us. We do not sell on behalf of other vendors or offer consignment items.

How we deliver
Most furniture is delivered by blanket-wrap courier or by us, on weekly routes. No packaging needed; items are protected and carried with care. Smaller items may go tracked post (Parcelforce etc.).

Where we deliver
UK mainland as standard. If you’re outside the UK, get in touch—we can advise on crated/blanket-wrap freight, or work with your shipper.

Prices & timings
Our checkout shows simple, transparent rates:

• Small Parcel (Post) – tracked, 3–5 working days

• Medium Courier – blanket-wrap, ~5–10 days

• Large Blanket-Wrap – nationwide route, ~1–2 weeks

• XL Blanket-Wrap – two-person service, ~2–3 weeks

• Local Delivery (around Halifax) – weekly routes

Remote areas, difficult access, or special services (two-person, stairs beyond typical access, evening delivery) may cost a little more—we’ll confirm before booking.

Access & delivery
Standard service is to the doorway/ground floor. Please tell us about stairs, tight turns, or parking restrictions so we can plan the right crew. Help at your end may occasionally be required for large pieces unless you’ve chosen the two-person service.

Damage in transit
On the rare occasion something looks wrong, note it with the driver and email us with photos within 48 hours. This helps us fix it fast and supports any carrier claim.

Collections & your own courier
You’re welcome to collect by appointment from Halifax (BD13). If you use your own courier, please book after payment and share details; we’ll help coordinate. Missed/late collections by third parties are outside our control.

Holding & storage
Need us to hold an item? No problem—tell us before purchase and we’ll agree a plan. Storage beyond 4 weeks may be charged at £10/week in some circumstances.
