Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you change your mind before dispatch, contact us and we’ll cancel and refund in full.
Cancellations don’t apply to personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items we’ve agreed to hold for 14+ days before dispatch.
If a courier booking has already been made, any delivery charge will be refunded only if the courier refunds us.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number, the reason, and (if relevant) photos. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

Returns aren’t accepted for personalised/bespoke/made-to-order items or items held for 14+ days pre-dispatch.

Please measure access (doorways, stairs, lifts) before ordering. Returns because an item doesn’t fit aren’t classed as “item not as described”.

Our pieces are vintage and will show age and character (wear, marks, small repairs). We describe and photograph honestly but dont always show every single mark—patina isn’t a fault.
How do returns work?

You’re responsible for arranging and paying for the return. We can help organise a courier if useful.

The item must arrive in the same condition it left us. Please blanket-wrap/pack suitably; you’re responsible for it until it’s back with us.

When received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 7 days to your original payment method. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you and charge redelivery.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or materially not as described, tell the driver at delivery if possible and email us within 48 hours with photos of the item, damage, and any packaging/blankets. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
(For postal services, carriers often require photos of the packaging for a claim.)
Exclusions
We may decline returns where an item has been altered or used after delivery. We’re not liable for damage that occurs while an item is in transit back to us via a courier you’ve arranged.
We’re always fair. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, message us—nine times out of ten we can sort it quickly.
All products listed on Our Jonny are owned and sold directly by us. We do not sell on behalf of other vendors or offer consignment items.
