A pair of vintage D-Scan light oak armchairs with upholstered seats and backs in a neutral fabric. Made in Singapore for D-Scan Denmark, these chairs have the clean lines and sculptural frames associated with late twentieth-century Danish furniture. The shaped arms, gently curved backrests and well-proportioned frames give them a comfortable, practical design that works equally well around a dining table or as occasional seating. The light oak finish keeps them bright and easy to place in a range of interiors.
They are in good vintage condition overall with some light age-related wear and surface marks consistent with use. The upholstery is clean and presents well, while the frames appear complete and have retained a good colour throughout. A useful pair for a dining room, kitchen, home office or studio where comfortable armchairs are needed without taking up too much space.
