Vintage G Plan Saddleback Brown Velour Armchairs – Pair

A pair of vintage G Plan Saddleback armchairs with teak frames, original brown velour upholstery and the distinctive sculptural side panels that make this range so recognisable. Raised on the original castors, they feature deep buttoned cushions, generously padded scroll arms and high backs for a wonderfully comfortable sit. Proper 1970s British design with plenty of presence and character.

Both chairs are in good vintage condition with age-related wear consistent with use. The velour upholstery shows light wear and gentle fading in places, while the teak frames have the expected minor marks from years of use. The original castors are present, and the chairs are ready to enjoy. They would work equally well in a lounge, reading corner or snug and suit both mid century and contemporary interiors.
