Mid Century Compact Extending Dining Table

A compact mid century extending dining table with a warm wood finish, gently tapered legs and softly rounded corners to the top. The extension mechanism is neatly housed within the table, allowing it to grow from 106 cm to 152 cm when needed. It is a particularly useful size for a smaller dining room or kitchen, while still extending to seat six comfortably. Simple, practical mid century furniture and nicely proportioned.

It is in good vintage condition overall, with the expected light marks and signs of use from age. There is some tonal variation between the centre extension section and the main top, which is visible in the photographs. The compact closed size makes this a good option for smaller homes where a full-size dining table would otherwise take up too much room.
