A vintage sewing box on cabriole legs, with two drawers and a lift-up top opening to a lined storage compartment.
The interior is finished in pink fabric with a buttoned panel to the underside of the lid and decorative trim around the compartment. Two drawers below provide additional storage and are fitted with decorative metal handles.
Originally intended for sewing and needlework, its compact proportions also make it a useful bedside cabinet or occasional table.
Good vintage condition with general marks and wear consistent with age and use. The top has noticeable scratches, fading, marks and areas of finish loss, all shown in the photographs.
