A set of Danish dining chairs by FDB Møbler, Denmark. Constructed from solid beech with moulded plywood seats and gently curved backrests. The chairs were designed to stack, making them practical for dining spaces where occasional additional seating is required.
The design follows the straightforward, functional approach associated with FDB furniture, with tapered legs, exposed joinery and minimal detailing. Suitable for use around a dining table, kitchen table, studio or workspace.
These chairs show plenty of honest wear from use, including losses to the original lacquer, surface marks and general age-related patina. One chair has a small chip to the edge of a plywood seat panel. All remain structurally sound and ready for use.
