A fully restored mid century teak sideboard featuring a built-in drinks cabinet with flip-over serving surface. The top lifts and turns to reveal a fitted cocktail compartment, complete with original atomic “pins” pattern Formica – a proper 1950s/60s detail.
This piece has been completely stripped and refinished in hard wax oil, giving a durable, water-resistant and hard-wearing finish while keeping the warmth of the teak grain. The cabinet offers generous storage with three drawers to the left and double cupboard doors to the centre and right. The drinks section includes internal dividers and a glass shelf, making it ideal for bottles and barware.
Clean lines, square teak handles, a subtle bow front and tapered legs give it that classic Scandinavian-influenced British mid century look. A practical family sideboard by day, proper cocktail station by night. This is an excellent quality made piece. Can’t attribute it to any manufacturer but is certainly well built from superb materials.
